I write documentation for voting systems hardware and software: user manuals, diagrams, and compliance submissions in an agile environment with engineers, QA, and product owners. Regulated work teaches you that precision is not decoration, it is the deliverable.

HOW I ACTUALLY WORK
I am not a developer. I am the translator.
I have not shipped production code, and I do not pretend to. What I do is sit between the technical team and the people who need to understand it, writing the specs, the manuals, the documentation, and the copy that makes a complex thing usable.
That means writing for developer audiences without being one, architecting workflows and orchestrating implementation with the people who build them, and translating in both directions: technical to plain language, English to Spanish, and back.
