Certified translation for your move to Panama, accepted the first time.
I’m an authorized public translator in Panama, certified since 1998. I translate your documents into Spanish so Migración, the Ministry of Education, banks and notaries accept them without sending you back to start over.

Just arrived, or about to?
Almost every step of settling in Panama needs your documents in Spanish, translated by an authorized public translator. These are the ones newcomers send most often:
- Residency (Pensionado, Friendly Nations and other visas): birth and marriage certificates, police background checks (FBI or RCMP), pension and income letters, bank statements
- School enrollment: transcripts, diplomas, report cards, immunization records
- Banking and property: bank reference letters, financial statements, powers of attorney
- Legal and family matters: divorce decrees, death certificates, affidavits, court documents
Your lawyer will give you the list. Send it to me with your documents and I’ll quote the full package.

I work alongside your lawyer, not instead of them
In Panama, residency applications are filed through a Panamanian attorney. My job is to make sure the translations they file are right, so your application isn’t held up by a document Migración won’t accept.
Already working with a lawyer? Send me their document checklist and I’ll quote the full package at once.
Apostille first, then translation
Documents issued abroad often need an apostille from the issuing country before they can be translated here. Your lawyer will tell you which ones. Get the apostilles done first, then send me the documents.

Need it in English instead?
I translate Spanish into English too: Panamanian records, diplomas and bank documents you need back home, for a U.S. or Canadian university, or for a visa or legal matter abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need certified translation, or will a regular one do?
Your lawyer or the institution receiving the document will tell you. Anything filed with a Panamanian institution typically requires certification by an authorized public translator.
Can you translate my whole residency package?
Yes. Send all the documents together and I’ll quote the full package with one delivery date.
How long does it take?
Most standard documents take 2–3 business days. Full residency packages and long contracts take longer. You’ll get an exact date with your quote. If you have a deadline, tell me up front.
How much does it cost?
It depends on length, complexity and turnaround. Send your documents by WhatsApp or the contact form and you’ll usually have an exact quote within a few hours.
Do you file the application for me?
No. I’m the translator, not the lawyer. Your attorney advises you on what your application needs and files it with Migración. I provide the certified translations.
Do you translate from Spanish to English?
Yes, in both directions, certified or not.
